ROBOT DE-PALLETIZERS
To automate the loading of eggs onto egg grading or egg breaking machines we offer a ABB robot that is capable of de-palletizing plastic pallets (type Egg Cargo System or equivalent) at a speed of 206.000 eggs (600 cases) per hour. It can operate with basically any type of loader of the egg graders and egg breakers commercialized Worldwide.
After gently placing the eggs (4 x stacks of 6 trays each) on the loader the robot picks the empty dividers and pallets and places them in one or two stacks.
The robot may instead place the empty pallets and dividers directly onto a pallet and divider washer to further improve the effectivity and profitability of your operation.
